Chris has always had a passion for building and remodeling. He likes to say it’s in his blood. Being the oldest son of a building contractor, a passion within Chris was born from an early age, a hunger to design and build wonderful homes. Chris has many memories from his youth of helping his father on jobsites, accompanying him on trips to the lumber yard, and sitting beside his father each evening as he was hard at work creating estimates, ordering materials, scheduling, and planning for the next day on the jobsite.

Phil has always had a passion for helping people, and at WCDB he helps people transform their homes every day. Phil loves using his leadership skills to collaborate with talented individuals to craft something great. He thrives when he is presented with a challenge and enjoys coming up with creative solutions. When Phil is not working on a project you can most likely find him enjoying the outdoors with his wife, daughters and his Brittany Spaniel, Brizo.

Lauren comes to us with years of experience in plumbing and lighting but her exceptional listening skills come in handy when she is piecing together a client’s vision for their home. When she is not developing creative design concepts you can find Lauren in her home relaxing, exercising to Latin music, or out at brunch!

Production Manager

Wesley comes to WCDB with a background of 20 years in construction. Born and raised in Lewisburg, PA, Wesley graduated from West Chester University, where he met his wife. They fell in love with each other and with the town of West Chester and have been here ever since. When he’s not managing production for WCDB, Wesley is at home enjoying life with his wife and three young children. His family enjoys vacationing in the Outer Banks. Wesley is mostly driven by his pursuit of knowing Jesus, and thanks God for the creation of planet earth, coffee, diet coke, good food, and good movies – evidence that God is real and loves humans.

Pat was born and raised in Media, PA where he learned construction from his father. Now, with 30 years of experience under his tool belt, Pat is excited to be a part of the WCDB team! Pat brings a lot to the table, but his real passion lies in framing carpentry - working with his hands, giving shape to a new or altered space and paying attention to detail makes him great at what he does. When Pat isn’t busy framing additions and managing remodeling projects, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching basketball.

Marketing Coordinator

Stephanie wears a lot of hats as the West Chester Design Build Marketing Coordinator! She spends her time managing our social media schedules, developing strategy, keeping track of all the content that we're creating, and overall, getting the word out about WCDB. When Stephanie is not creating content or measuring analytics she loves spending her time with her boyfriend, their dog, and two cats. She loves traveling and usually plans a big trip every year to explore new places and new food.
