Office Manager

Position Summary

Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Answer incoming calls for the office and the employees
  • Enter new leads and potential clients into CRM tool
  • Prepare daily and weekly schedule for Owner
  • Schedule and coordinate calls with prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments with vendors and subcontractors
  • Negotiate and renew contracts and terms with vendors
  • Manage the inventory and restocking of all office supplies
  • Onboard new employees and handle any human resource related tasks
  • Responsible for all accounting duties
  • Create weekly/monthly/yearly financial reports
  • Reconcile and record all employee expenses
  • Generate and distribute 1099’s
  • Prepare weekly reports for Project Managers

Interior Designer/Kitchen and Bath Designer

Position Summary

If you’ve got a keen eye for design and always have your finger on the pulse of industry trends, then we want to hear from you. West Chester Design Build is interested in hiring an experienced Interior Designer to work Full-Time in the local area. The Interior Designer will be part of a collaborative team of Architectural Designers, Company President, Estimator, and Project Managers. The successful candidate will provide design team leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design, purchasing and documentation of interior spaces.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
  • Solid experience with kitchen and bath design
  • In-depth knowledge of cabinetry and finishes
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
  • Able to develop and present design concepts
  • 2020 design software proficiency required

Responsibilities:

  • Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations
  • Occasionally, draw/draft/sketch to help our clients visualize certain aspects of their projects
  • Ensure that our clients select and order the best materials for their projects and their budgets
  • Track selections and decisions made by multiple clients and ensure that the materials are delivered to project site on time
  • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion

Pay is dependent on experience and value to the company.
